We create our menus using seasonal produce and we love to include local produce within our menus. For example, many of our cheeses are from the Cheddleton dairy. We have a selection of beers which are brewed at the Uttoxeter Brewery, less than a mile from our door step and we are also proud to be serving a selection of gins are from Nelsons Distillery, which is an award winning distillery which is on our doorstep.
Wherever possible each component of the dish is home made. We freshly bake homemade sourdoughs & breads, our desserts are home made and we even make our own ice creams.
Each menu is crafted to include influences from around the world and each dish is cooked to order.
